It has always been and will continue to be. Part of this because so many LGBT folk who cannot or won't hide are intuitive--those who are willing to see the Divine in how they know what they know. At least this has been my experience.

The recent comments from the Vatican about ridding itself of LGBT people in the priesthood is laughable. We have known this since the middle ages.

I would recommend "Gifted by Otherness" by William Countryman and M.R.Ritley--you can get it through Amazon.Muthah+https://www.blogger.com/profile/10589837671378205837noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7206783518364639866.post-90482206014631419822008-06-02T17:03:00.000-04:002008-06-02T17:03:00.000-04:00Brava Brava- another brilliant piece here Muthah+....Brava Brava- another brilliant piece here Muthah+.

Of course my own RC church steps ever further backward and soon off the cliff I fear.

Imagine a gay-free Catholic church? There go a lot of the priests and let's not forget the church musicians.

I don't say this out of mockery- oh no, so much of my own faith was formed in and around many gay men and lesbians as well, who lived the gospel and so beautifully so.Franhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07181529277715646835noreply@blogger.com
